Tompkins Karate Association (TKA) offers the finest martial arts instruction to thousands of students at over 30 class locations each week. Students develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and physical fitness while learning traditional martial arts taught using modern learning theory and techniques. We welcome you to sit on the sidelines and observe a class or two. Or, jump right in. We have classes starting approximately every 10 to 12 weeks.

Students can obtain black belt ranks, participate in tournaments at intramural and national levels, receive instruction in traditional weapons, attend seminars in the martial arts, and learn to instruct underbelt students.
